Ethel E. Nocht, 84, widow of Gunther P. Nocht passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 11, 2020.
Ethel was born in Brooklyn, NY, a daughter of the late William J. and Ethel Heise Shaffery. She was a retired employee with K-Mart most recently in Seneca, SC. Ethel was a Senior Member of the Order of Artistic Typists.
Surviving are her son, Gunther P. Nocht, Jr. of Anderson, SC; daughter, Kristine Ellenburg and her husband, Lee of Central; 3 grandchildren Laurel Hunnicutt, Dakota Ellenburg and Rebekah Ellenburg; and great-grandson, Darrel Robert Hackett 4.
Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Tuesday, September 15, 2020 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Anderson, SC.
The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home prior to processing to the cemetery.
