Gloria Eugenia Thomas Meadows, 88, of Katy, TX, widow of Jack Conrad Meadows, Sr., died July 18, 2015.� She was a former resident of Seneca, SC.
Born in Greenville, SC, she was the daughter of the late Carl Eugene Thomas, Sr. and Cornelia Mae Herbert Thomas.
Mrs. Meadows was a graduate of Parker High School and attended North Greenville Junior College.� She was retired from J.B. White's and a member of First Baptist Church of Pendleton, SC.
Surviving are a son, Jack C. (Betty) Meadows, Jr. of North Charleston, SC; daughter, Linda M. (Ralph) Priester of Katy, TX; grandchildren, Jill (Brian) Edwards and Kim (Rommel) Miranda of Goose Creek, SC, Stephanie (Blake) Elliott of Katy, TX, Megan Priester of Grand Rapids, MI and Jeffrey Priester of Katy, TX; great-grandchildren, Kalyn Miranda, Caleb Miranda, Carter Edwards, Kate Edwards and Preston Edwards all of Goose Creek, SC.
A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, July 25, 2015 in the Remembrance Chapel of Woodlawn Memorial Park, Greenville, SC, with Rev. Courtney Krueger officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM, Friday, at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Pendleton Building Fund, P.O. Box 187, Pendleton, SC 29670.
