Eula Raines Holder, 93, wife of the late Gene Fess Holder, died Friday, March 12, 2010, at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Robert Lee and Cassie Landers Raines, Mrs. Holder was retired from Saco Lowell and a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son, Bill Holder (Naomi) of Easley; one daughter, Ilene Hughes (Brodie) of Easley; two brothers, Robert Lee Raines Jr. of Marietta, and Claude Raines of Easley; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Holder was predeceased by a son, Bobby John Holder, a daughter, Doris Dickson, four brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with the Reverends Billy Holder and Bobby Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Ilene Hughes, 200 Carolina Ave., Easley, S.C. 29640.
