Eva Nelle Evatt Rampey, 78, of 1201 Three Bridges Road and wife of Andrew S. Rampey, died Monday, February 12, 2007 at Palmetto Health Baptist.
Born in Greenville, Mrs. Rampey was a daughter of the late A. B. and Dorsey Hughes Evatt. She was a retired Teacher's Aide at Spearman Elementary School and was a member of Mt. Airy Baptist Church where she was an assistant Sunday School Teacher.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two brothers, Alton H. Evatt of Gray Court, SC and Wallace E. Evatt of Greenville.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a daughter Rhoda R. Young.
Services will be 1 PM, Wednesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Keith Shorter officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Airy Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 1 PM, prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family will be at their respective homes.
