Evelyn Powell Bryant, 74, of Nora Avenue, wife of the late Jimmy McDaniel Bryant, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Elbert and Lizzie Mae Bagwell Powell.
Mrs. Bryant was retired from Judson Mill in Greenville.
Surviving are her children, Sharon Raines (Joey) of Easley and Tammy Kelley of Pickens; grandchildren, Shena Floyd, Devin Marcus Raines, and Juston Casey; six grandchildren; sisters, Lorene Stone and Ruth James both of Pickens and Lee Powell, Linda Galloway and Debbie Phillips all of Travelers Rest; and a brother, Donnie Powell of Travelers Rest.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Kevin Casey; a great granddaughter, Mya Neveah Floyd; and brothers, Ralph, Earl, Harold, and Ray Powell.
The family will receive friends Sunday September 26, 2021, from 1:00 PM until 1:45 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
