Easley
Mrs. Evelyn Taylor Reams, 76, wife of the late Thomas Reams, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Anderson, a daughter of the late Doyle F. Taylor and the late Mattie Hood Taylor, she was a former weaver at La France Industries after many years of service and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving is a son, Joseph Reams (Shona) of Easley; a brother, James D. Taylor (Joann) of Greenville; sisters, Joan Hughes (Ted) of Greenville and Carolyn Clark of Easley; grandson, Jonathan Reams; nephew, Mike Clark of Greenville; niece, Melissa Orr (Larry) of Easley; and great-nephews, Taylor, Grayson, Hayden, and Reece Orr, all of Easley.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Mary Looper.
Memorial Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Rock Springs Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the church.
The family would also like to express their gratitude to special cousins, Sharon Humphries and Sandra Syracuse for their love and care for Mrs. Reams.
