Willie "Faye" Carman, 88, widow of the late Mr. Roy Jack Carman, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 12, 2019 at Martha Franks Retirement Center in Laurens.

Mrs. Carman was a daughter of the late Alvin Jones and Gladys Nations Jones. She worked retail at J.C. Penney and retired from Myers Arnold as a manager. She enjoyed shopping, eating at Cracker Barrel with family, reading her Bible, and playing Bingo. She loved her children and grandchildren greatly and will be missed by many. Faye was a member of South Main Baptist Church in Greenwood.

Surviving are a son, Stan Carman (Angela) of Gray Court; a daughter Nancy Carman Lee of Myrtle Beach; ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Donna Carman of Nashville, TN; a son-in-law, Chuck Reed of TX; a brother, Buddy Dacus of Liberty; a sister, Annie Ruth Phillips of Hartwell; her lifelong friend and cousin, Ann Vaughn of Easley; and a "honorary daughter", Connie Tiller of Anderson.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Carman was predeceased by a son Mr. Larry Carman; a daughter, Brenda Reed; a sister, Ruby Nell Epps; and brothers, Bill Jones, Otis Stancill and Clinton Stancill.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens.

Flowers will be accepted.
