Mrs. Faye Jennell Kelley Smith, 77, wife of Frank Lewis Smith, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 9, 2022 after several short illnesses.

Born in Greenville, a daughter of the late Furman M. Kelley and the late Ila Owens Kelley Belt, Mrs. Smith was a member of Cedar Rock Baptist Church. She attended Parker High School and later earned her diploma in 1981. She was a Christian lady, a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, homemaker, care-giver, and friend. Her great love and dedication to her family and her Lord Jesus, was a shining example of the beautiful soul God created.

Surviving, in addition to her husband of 16 years, are daughters, Glenda Raines McGaffic (David) of Piedmont and Sandy Raines of the home; son, Randy Raines (Kathy) of Graham, NC; stepson, Robert Smith; sisters, Toni Roper (Sammy) of Easley, Pam Gosnell (David) of Liberty, and Wilma Mauldin (Bob) of Cross Creek; grandchildren, Natasha Chappell Fletcher (Nigel), Jonathan Raines, Justin Raines, Abbie McGaffic, Emily McGaffic, Sarah McGaffic, and Chad Smith (Latasha); great-granddaughters, Loanne Fletcher and Christina Smith; and multiple nieces and nephews including one nephew, Jeremy Hardin, who is well loved. She also leaves behind her lifetime friend, Idetha Belt.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by former husbands, Ralph Raines of Greenville and Harold Teusch of Eutawville, SC; brothers, Marvin, Melton, Norman, and Charles Kelley; and a sister, Juanita Kelley.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown Chapel. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.

The family is at the home.
