Florence Garner Andrews, 89, formerly of 2 Tall Oaks Drive, went to be with the Lord Monday April 14, 2008 at Falls Creek Living Center.
Mrs. Andrews was born in South Carolina, a daughter of the late Robert and Mamie Collins Garner.
Surviving is her son, Charles Andrews, of Taylors ; daughters, Margaret Paxton, of Greenville and Mary Buie, of Greer ; a sister, Ollie Mae Griffin, of East Flat Rock, NC ; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great,great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elco Andrews, three sons, James Garner, Sammy Andrews and Thomas "Pete" Andrews, a daughter, Debra Alexander and a grandson, Robby Paxton.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road with the Reverend Delton Hand and the Reverend Tony Goodwin officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, West.
The family is at the home of Margaret and John Paxton, 2 Tall Oaks Drive, Greenville, and will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
