Mr. Perry Ford Brown, 87, husband of Catherine Winslett Brown, of 660 Pope Field Road, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at his home.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Hovey Oliver and Ila Foster Brown, Mr. Brown was a retired builder and farmer and was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife, of sixty-seven years, are three sons, Bobby Brown (Kay), Mike Brown (Paula) and Ricky Brown, all of Easley; two daughters, Ann Brown and Libby Dodson, both of Easley; one brother, Tony Brown of Easley; four sisters, Evelyn Brown, Mildred Brown, Jessie Knight, and Tommie Bice, all of Easley; a daughter-in-law, Betty Hale Brown of Easley; and seven grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Brown was predeceased by a son, Donnie Brown; three brothers, Buck, Lewis and Foster Brown, and one sister, Carolyn Fowler.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 2, 2011 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
The family is at the residence.
