Frances Louise Chappell, 74, of 1803 Old Seneca Road, died Friday, February 27, 2009 at the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca.

Born in Seneca, she was a daughter of the late William Benjamin and Clara Bell Evatt Chappell. She was retired from Patty's Fashions in Pendleton and was a member of Kings Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are two brothers, Harry Chappell, Robert Chappell, both of Central; and three sisters, Edna MaGaha, Christine Galloway, both of Easley, and Cecile Oliver, of Central. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Mary Johnston.

A graveside service will be 1 PM Monday at Kings Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be prior to the graveside service on Monday from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central.

The family is at the home of Harry Chappell, 1755 Old Seneca Road; Central, SC 29630.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cottingham Hospice House; 390 Keowee School Road; Seneca, SC 29672.
