Frances Nix Crowe, 75, of 204 Robinson Avenue, died Sunday December 30, 2007 at Hospice of the Upstate in Anderson, from complications with Alzheimer Disease.
Mrs. Crowe was born in Easley, a daughter of the late Richard and Annie Mae Blackston Nix. She retired from Alice Manufacturing Co. and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband of 61 years, J. Elmer Crowe of the home; a son, J. Steve Crowe and his wife, Teresa Chapman Crowe of Easley; two granchildren; Kevin Crowe and his wife Kim of Easley, and Kala Crowe of Easley; a brother Furman Nix and his wife Doris of Easley.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday at Rock Springs Baptist Church, conducted by the Reverend Dr. David Gallamore and the Reverend Dr. Buddy Moore. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family is at the home of Steve and Teresa Crowe, 300 Highland Road, Easley and will receive friends Tuesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, at the church, prior to the service.
