Frances Bernice Smith Delozier, 72, of 506 Rotterdam Road, passed away Thurday, July 1, 2010, at Regency Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late William Elmer and Mary Ina Nix Smith, Mrs. Delozier retired from Materials Management and was a member of Crosswell Apostolic Church.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Delozier of the home; three sons, Greg Goforth of Murphy, NC; Dwayne Delozier of Shelby, NC; Thomas Delozier of Easley; one daughter, Therese Goforth of Sommerset, KY; one brother, Grover Smith of Easley; two sisters, Rev. Ann Smith and Lucille Mason both of Easley; eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Delozier was predeceased by one sister, Bessie Mae Bloodworth.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the Rev. Donald Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 2:30 until 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
