Frances Melissa Porter Hatley, 79, formerly of Breazeale Road, Liberty, died Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at NHC Healthcare in Greer.
Born in Oconee County, Mrs. Hatley was a daughter of the late George McDuffie and Lucinda Alexander Porter. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Hatley was a member of Enon Baptist Church.
Surviving are a brother, Lester Porter, of Easley; two sisters, Alma Jennings of Easley and Ella Mae Trotter, of Liberty; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
Family members are at their respective homes.
