Frances Williams Hendricks, 89, formerly of Dacusville Highway, wife of the late Smith Ervin Hendricks, Sr., passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Magnolia�??s of Easley.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Delmar and Hattie Norris Williams, Mrs. Hendricks was a homemaker and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church where she belonged to the Thelma Moorehead Sunday School Class.
Surviving are a son, S. Ervin Hendricks, Jr., and wife, Joan, of Easley; two daughters, Joan Buffington and husband, Kenneth, and Betty Cox and Husband, Danny, all of Easley; eight grandchildren, Tim, Mark and Jeff Hendricks, Ashley Bradley, Morgan and Jill Buffington, Dan Cox, Jr., and Tamela Salinas; seventeen great-grandchildren, Lauren and Logan Bradley, Lilly-Frances and Audrey Buffington, Joe and Thomas Hendricks, Austin, Bennett, Parker, Grant and Katelyn Hendricks, Taylor, Connor, Cameron and Savannah Cox, and Hudson and Maxwell Salinas. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Hendricks was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Corley.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Ford officiating. Burial will be private at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the church immediately following the service.
The family would like to express their appreciation to all the caregivers who helped take care of Mrs. Hendricks.
Memorials may be made to Cross Roads Baptist Church New Bus Fund, 160 Cross Roads Church Road, Easley, SC 29640.
Family members are at their respective homes.
