Frances Galloway Peace, 74, of 118 Genell Lane, died Sunday, January 3, 2010, at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Easley, Mrs. Peace was a daughter of the late Roy and Beatrice Ramage Galloway. She retired from Alice Manufacturing and was a member of Geer Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband, Dewey Arnold Peace, of the home; two sons, Danny Cooper and Jeff Cooper (Paige), all of Easley; two daughters, Carolyn "Bo" Brown (Bucky), and Vivian Catoire, all of Easley; two brothers, Jimmy Galloway (Jean), and Harvey Galloway (Dean), all of Easley; one sister, Doris Dodgens (Tommy Joe) of Easley; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one step-son, Greg Peace (Lynn), of Arlington, Texas.
The memorial service will be 4:00 PM Wednesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the Reverends Jim Spencer and Rodney Graham officiating.
Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
