Lillie "Frances" Shelton Rowland, 75, of 107 Hastings Circle, widow of Virgil "Bud" Rowland, died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, at Hospice House of the Upstate.
Born in Oconee County, Mrs. Rowland was a daughter of the late John Martin and Lillie Irene King Shelton. She was a member of Cedar Rock Baptist Church.
Surviving are one sister, Bertha Vinson; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Cedar Rock Baptist Church Cemetery, where the family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, S.C. 29621.
