Frances T. Simpson
Frances Turner Simpson, 89, of Brushy Creek Road, wife of the late Raymond Willis Simpson, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021.
Born in Oconee County, she was a daughter of the late Lester and Florence Leroy Turner.
Mrs. Simpson was retired from Swirl Manufacturing after 20 years of dedicated service. She was a dedicated member of Victory Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing bingo, working puzzles, and growing beautiful flowers.
Surviving are her siblings, Joseph B. Turner (Jeraldine) of Easley and Cleo Turner Finley (Reverend Doyle) of Liberty, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Steve Simpson; and brothers, Edford, Ralph, Winfred and Lester Turner, Jr.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 28, 2021, from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the service to follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Scroll to the video player below to view the service.
