David Fredrick Holladay, 81, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at AnMed Health Cannon in Pickens.

Mr. Holladay was born in Pickens County and was a son of the late, King David and Eleise Barrett Holladay. He was formerly a car salesman with Pendleton Ford Motor Company and later owned a used car dealership. He had served as a fireman with Clemson University and was a member of Cannon Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Randy Holladay of Washington State; a daughter, Rhonda Kale of Central; two grandsons, Weston and Cordie Kale; the mother of his children, Jean Holladay; his caregiver and friend, Treva Gillikin.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Robbie Holladay, and a brother, Tony Holladay.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 14, 2017 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until 2:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to, Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 100 Pleasant Hill Church Road, Central, SC 29630.
