Frederick B. Heilemann, 85, passed away at Clemson Downs on Wednesday, July 6, 2016.

Mr. Heilemann was born in PA and was the son of the late Harry and Francis Heilemann.  He was raised on a farm, joined the U. S. Air Force as a young man and later worked in nuclear research.

Surviving are his son, Harry Heilemann of Central; grandchildren, Jason Heilemann and Melinda Schmidt; great grandchildren, Ansley, Benjamin, and Charlene Schmidt; long time care giver and friend, Selena Moore.

Private services will be held at a later date.
