Grover Gregory Deavers, 58, beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth Joynes Deavers went home to be with his Lord, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at MUSC, Charleston, S.C.
Greg was born in Winchester, VA, July 10, 1961, the son of the late Grover W. "Jim" and Doris Virginia Sharps Deavers. He was a graduate of Calvert Hall High School, in Baltimore, MD. He was involved in sales in the Automotive Painting Industry most of his career. Greg loved people and making new friends. He enjoyed fishing, was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens and the Clemson Tigers, civil war history, and was an excellent cook.
Surviving in addition to his loving wife Beth are daughters, Megan Calder (Dennis) of Abington, Md. and Ashley Haines(Randy) of Baltimore, Md.; sister, Doris Lorraine Deavers Ruff (Frank) of Davidsonville, Md.; grandchildren Olivia and Hunter. He was predeceased by his brothers Richard and Charles and sister Norma Deavers Johnson.
