Gail Stephens Bosley, age 70, of Savannah, GA, died April 22, 2008 with family at her side. Gail is survived by her daughter Caminade Moscatiello, brother and sister-in-law Vernen Tice and Elaine Stephens, nephew Tice Stephens, great nephew Ezekiel Stephens, and dear cousins and friends. Gail was born on May 24, 1937 in Central, SC to Darty "DV" Vernen and Leila Bess Moore Stephens. She graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Bacteriology and MS in Microbiology. She practiced as a microbiologist in San Francisco, CA, St. Louis, MO, and at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, GA. Gail adored flowers and the life they symbolize. A funeral will be held Friday, April 25, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Lawrence Chapel United Methodist Church, 2101 Six Mile Highway, Central, SC. A memorial service is planned for a later date in Atlanta, GA for all to celebrate her life, contact Caminade at 404-373-7717. Flowers are welcome and/or donations may be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
