Aaron Alexander, 54, passed away at his home in Walhalla after battling an extended illness. His strength and courage during his illness will inspire us.
He was employed by Cameron Construction as a construction superintendent for 12 years.
Surviving are his wife, Shana Scott Alexander of the home, his mother, Margaret Bell and husband, Milford, of Walhalla; brother, Charles Alexander of Greenville; sister, Nancy Alexander of Pendleton; and nieces and nephews, Heather Chasteen, Steve Alexander, Jeff Chandler, Duffy Reese, Dana Chandler, and Denna Smith.
He was predeceased by his father, Harvey O'Neal Alexander; brother, Billy Ray Alexander; and a sister, Margaret Sue Chandler.
A private memorial service will be held for family and friends at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2435 or to The Hospice of the Foothills at 1-864-882-0160.
Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central-Clemson Commons, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
