Gary James Forney, 64, of 104 O'Dell Drive, passed away Friday, November 21, 2014 at his home.
Born in Fostoria, Ohio, a son of the late Jonas Edward and Marcella Fraley Forney, Gary was formerly employed with Milligan Corp.
Surviving are three brothers, Jonas Edward Forney of Cequel, TX, Ronald Forney of Liberty, Merle Forney of St. Petersburg, Fl, and two sisters, Peggy Garrison of Liberty and Bonnie Dean, of Ohio.
The family will have a private memorial service at the home.
