Gary Wayne "Lil Man" Gantt, 61, of 104 Waterstone Drive, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013.
A son of Barbara Jameson Gantt of Easley and the late Oscar Charles Gantt, he was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his oldest brother, Walter C. Gantt.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a sister, Beth Robinson and nephew, Casey Robinson, of the home; a brother, Greg (Sharon) Gantt of Liberty; and his loving companion, Janice Knight, who is the mother of daughter, Jade, and son, Charles Gantt, of Norris; and daughters, Cindy, Cassi and Calli; two granddaughters, seven grandsons and one great-grandchild.
A special thanks to Hospice Nurses, Alanna and Angie, Drs. Clardy and O'Roark for their loving care.
Memorial services will be 4:00 PM Friday, March 8, 2013 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
Visitation will be from 2:30 until 3:45 PM Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Open Arms Hospice, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
Family members are at their respective homes.
