Gary Lee Guffee, 61, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Anderson Area Medical Center. A native of North Carolina he was the son of Janette Burrell Guffee and the late Frank Guffee.
In addition to his mother he is survived by sons: Gary (Skip) Guffee, Jr. and wife Dana of Anderson and Samuel Brent Guffee and wife Ashley of Pendleton; brother, Jimmy (Fish) Guffee and wife Lyn of Sandy Springs and grandchildren: Cooper, Cambel, Cayson and Mattison.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 3pm in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5-7pm.
