Gary James Kelly, 57, of 730 Lay Bridge Road and husband of Lynn Chapman Kelly, died Sunday, April 1, 2012 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, he was a son of Dalton J. Kelly of Central and the late Frances Chapman Kelly. Gary was a graduate of Liberty High School and was a long time paint contractor. He was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his son James Kelly and daughter Treasa Kelly both of the home; brother Jerry Kelly of Central; sisters Krystal Burgess of Knoxville, TN, Penny Fine of Charlotte, NC and Terry Hendrix of Hendersonville, NC.
Visitation will be from 1 to 1:45 PM, Wednesday prior to a memorial service at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.
A Celebration of his life service will be be 2 PM, Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the family to help defray the medical and funeral expenses.
