Gary A. Laboone, 71, of 108 Pine Forest Drive, died Monday, March 02, 2009 at his home.
Born in Liberty, SC, he was a son of the late Joseph Allen LaBoone and Ruby White LaBoone Bridges. He was a retired carpenter with Easley Building Supply and was a Protestant.
Mr. LaBoone is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Wood LaBoone of the home; a daughter, Karen LaBoone Johnson and husband, Bryan David Johnson, of Davie, FL; a brother, Joseph Wyatt LaBoone of Easley; a twin sister, Mary LaBoone Knox of San Leandro, CA; two grandchildren, Bryan David Johnson, Jr. and Taylor Alexis Johnson; and two nephews and three nieces.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a step-father, Jessie Leo Bridges.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Friday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home with Rev. Archie Sharp and Phillip McAlister officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 PM, Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
The family is at the home.
