George Waymon Kelley, 54, of 103 Roper Street, died Monday, May 4, 2009 at the McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville.

Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Rev. George W. and Mary Harbin Kelley, he was a retired employee of Advanced Auto Parts of Clemson and a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving are a half-sister, Mildred (Mick) Gillespie of Central; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers, Cliff, Leland, Miles and Shirley Kelley.

Graveside services will be 11 AM, Wednesday in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family is at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McCall Hospice House, 1836 W. Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC, 29680.
