Gerald "Jerry" Paysinger Culclasure, 80, of 201 Medinah Drive and husband of Patricia Chandler Culclasure, passed away Tuesday October 2, 2012 at his home.

Mr. Culclasure was born in Winnsboro, SC, the son of the late Harry Samuel and Myrtle Paysinger Culclasure. He worked as plant manager with Kendall-Gerber Company upon graduation from Georgia Tech in 1954 with a degree in textile management and retired in 1993. Even though he was a Georgia Tech Alumni, he was an avid IPTAY supporter for 30 years and pulled for the Tigers, except when they played Tech. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a Presbyterian.

Surviving in addition to his wife are three daughters, Sabrina A. Culclasure and Sheri Sanders (Marty), all of Easley, and Linda Kohl (Eric), of Goose Creek; four grandchildren, Melissa Pilgrim (Michael), Ryan Sanders, Stephanie Kohl and Jessica Kohl; 2 great-grandchildren, Diana Pilgrim and Trenton Pilgrim; and several neices and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Entombment will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens - Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum.

Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Friday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.

The family is at the home.
