Elsie Grace King Hayes, 87, of 557 Sheriff Mill Road, passed away Monday, October 11, 2010, at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late George Preston and Addie Roselle Wakester King, Mrs. Hayes was a homemaker and a member of Powdersville First Baptist Church where she belonged to the Willing Workers Sunday School Class.
Surviving are a son, George Wesley Hayes of Easley; a sister, Gladys Johnson of Easley; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hayes was predeceased by five brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be 3:30 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the fuenral home.
Family members are at their respective homes.
