Emma Grace Lovell Whitlock Silvey, 77, formerly of Liberty, died Saturday, December 06, 2008, at Mount Pleasant Manor.
Born in Liberty, Mrs. Silvey was a daughter of the late James Flint and Irene Brown Lovell. She attended Central Wesleyan College and was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are two sons, Russell Allen Whitlock and wife, Tamara, of Mount Pleasant and Tommy Lee Whitlock, and wife, Sally, of Herndon, VA ; one brother, James Russell Lovell of Clover; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, a step-son and two step-daughters. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Silvey was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph Whitlock; her second husband, Hoyt Silvey, Sr. and a sister, Mary Jo Huff.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, with Rev. Steve Plonk officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Memorial Gardens.
Visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice in Mrs. Silvey's name.
