Guerry Ronald Cox
February 9, 1953 — April 25, 2020
Guerry Ronald Cox, 67, loving husband of Donna Davenport Cox, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 at his residence in Williamston, SC.
Guerry was born in Greenville, SC and was the son of Dr. and Mrs. Ron Cox of Highpoint, NC and the late Janet Parham Rollins of Fair Play, SC. He was a retired truck driver with VF Jeanswear.
Guerry was an avid bowler and loved his bowling family at Boulevard Lanes in Anderson, SC.
He was also the best Granddaddy ever to his grandchildren who were the light of his life. Guerry was a Graduate of J.L. Mann High School and Clemson University.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are children, Leighann Mendes (Michael), Lauren Binder (Matthew), Ashley Thompson, Dusty Thompson (Kayla), and Halston Thompson (Jamie); grandchildren, Logan, Luke, Khloe, Bristol, Charlotte, Rusty, Eva, and Barrett; and a sister, Diane Cox Morton.
The family is at the home on Monday, April 27th if anyone would like to pay their respects.
