Born in Fort Smith, AR, she was a daughter of the late Guy Curtis and Ruth Gaston Blansett. She was a homemaker and a member of Myrtle Springs Baptist Church in Hooks, TX.
Surviving are a son, Ronald K. (Tracey) Pettit of Madison, MS; daughters, Karen Ruth (David) Korus of Gastonia, NC and Cindy (Greg) Pickett of Pickens, SC; brother, Ralph (Kenna) Blansett of Fort Smith, AR; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and 2 nephews.
Chapel services will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, in Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Fort Smith, AR.
Duckett-Robinson Funeral, Central, SC is handling services in SC and Edwards Funeral Home in Fort Smith, AR is handling local services.
