Harlan Joseph Ladner, 87, of 207 Cobblestone Trace, died Wednesday December 23, 2009 at his home.
Mr. Ladner was born in Hancock County, Mississippi, a son of the late Sidney Joseph and Maggie Theresa Green Ladner. He retired as financial officer of the Veterans Administration and also was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired as a Major. Following retirement he sold real estate in Dallas, Texas and Gulfport, Mississippi. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Gulfport, Mississippi where he was a former Deacon.
Surviving are his wife, Annie Lee Rouse Ladner, of the home ; a son, Jerry Ladner, of Austin, Texas and a daughter, Ann Baker and her husband, Gail, of Easley, SC.
Memorial Services will be planned for a later date.
