Harold Judson Dickard, 71, of 1707 Pelzer Highway and husband of Janice Rampey Dickard, died Thursday, November 6, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital.
Born in Walhalla, SC, a son of the late Judson and Mary LeRoy Dickard, he was a retired service manager of Ameri-Pride Linen Service, a courier for Peoples National Bank and a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Russell Dickard (Kimberley) of Easley and Brian Dickard (Angel) of Fair Play, SC; four brothers, Fred Dickard of Easley, Randall Dickard of Anderson, Rev. Robert Dickard of Mt. Croghan, SC, and Rev. Dr. Wayne Dickard of Boiling Springs, SC; two sisters, Inez Hendrix and Louise Gilstrap both of Easley; 3 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Saturday, in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Reverend Dr. Roger Couch and Rev. Benny Hayes officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Friday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Building Fund of Jones Ave. Baptist Church, 614 Ross Ave., Easley, SC 29640.
