Harold James Durham

Harold James Durham, 79, husband of Ruby Lyday Durham, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019.

Born in Six Mile, a son of the late Theodore Bruce Durham and the late Virgie Mae Masters Durham, he was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed tinkering with his lawn mower, finding ways to keep busy, and spending time with his family.

Surviving, in addition to his loving wife of fifty-one years, are a daughter, Karen Zuber (Ben) of Easley; brothers, Robert Durham of Pickens and Ronald Durham of Easley; sisters, Betty Stratton, Helen Coleman, and Ann Whitmire, all of Easley; and his beloved grandchildren, Zoee Durham, Eli Durham, and Jake Zuber.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Nancy Durham; and a brother, Winfred Durham.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery in Easley.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the funeral home, prior to the service.
