Harold Dyar
November 27, 1938 — June 14, 2018
Harold Thomas "Rabbit" Dyar, 79, husband of Patricia Gillespie Dyar, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Baptist Hospital Easley.
Mr. Dyar was born in Anderson County and was a son of the late, James Ernest and Floy Collins Dyar. He was retired from GM Mechanical as a plumber and was a member of Refuge Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Anita Holder (Greg) of Central, Tammy Dyar (Roger) of Pendleton, Shannon Dyar of Central, and Christi Lee (Jimmy) of Anderson; two brothers, Earl and Jerry Dyar; two sisters, Shirley Owen and Ernestine Graham; five grandchildren, Kyle, Courtney, Jeremy, Kassidy, Caleb; two great grandchildren, Kinsley and Easton.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Refuge Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the church social hall following the burial.
