James Harold Finley, 69, of 112 Belmont Circle, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Greenville County, a son of the late Thomas Oliver and Lauda Belle Payne Finley, Mr. Finley retired from Michelin North America and was a member of Freedom Fellowship in Central.
Surviving are his wife of forty-eight years, Marilyn Stegall Finley of the home; three sons, David Finley and wife, Tammy, of Easley, Michael Finley of the home and Alan Finley and wife, Debbie, of Liberty; a brother, Donnie Finley of Greenville; two sisters, Evelyn McDowel of Hartwell, GA, and Juanita Ketron of Easley; two grandchildren Courtney of Easley and Noah of Liberty. In addition to his parents, Mr. Finley was predeceased by two brothers, Thomas Milton Finley and William Perry Finley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Mike Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Mileston Way, Greenville, SC 29615 or to the Kidney Foundation, 500 Taylor Street, Columbia, SC 29201.
The family is at the residence.
