Harry Lee Baker went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 21, 2025.

Born in Pickens County, he was a son of the late Miles Lee and Mattie Lillian Looper Baker. He was a lifelong resident of the Dacusville community and a graduate of Dacusville High School. He was a 5th-generation member of Cross Roads Baptist Church, where he served in many roles with the Men's ministry as well as a former Deacon. He enjoyed going on church mission trips, which included several overseas trips.

In retirement, he enjoyed farming and traveling to visit grandchildren. He volunteered and later worked many years at Camp McCall boy's camp. He was active in the South Carolina Baptist Convention Disaster Relief organization as well as the Southern Baptist Convention Youth World Changers.
