Helen Ann Holcombe, 64, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, May 31, 2014 after a long courageous battle with brain cancer.

Born November 8, 1949 in Greenville, SC, a daughter of the late Jesse James and Inez Swayngham Holcombe, she lived most of her life in Easley, SC and retired from QSM Inc.

Ann was a wonderful mother, partner, friend, and cherished mema. She was a beautiful, loving, giving woman, who was loved very much and will be missed deeply.

Surviving, are her loving partner, Karen Wilkie of the home; three sons, Pete Thomas of Easley, Rusty Thomas of Pickens, and Tim Thomas (Danelle) of Pelzer; a daughter, April Gilstrap (Sammy) of Liberty; three sisters, Sandra Lamiroult, Karen Dorfman (Mark), and Jan Hudson (Joey), all of Greenville; twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two on the way; and a very special friend, Ann Crow Benton. In addition to her parents, Ann was predeceased by two brothers, Dean Holcombe and Mike Walker; a daughter-in-law, Keri Thomas; and a grandson, Jason Thomas.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Tuesday, June 3, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:45 PM Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

The family is at the home, 504 Roe Road, Greenville, SC 29611.
