Mrs. Helen Victoria Crowe Smith, 99, wife of the late Jasper Crawford and the late James Dan Smith, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, December 24, 2021.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Thomas Crowe and the late Carrie Kay Crowe, Mrs. Smith retired from BASF and was a member of Ruhamah Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved music and sharing her musical talents with others.
Surviving are a daughter, Pam Harris (Randy) of Easley; nine grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren. In addition to her husbands and parents, Mrs. Smith was predeceased by two sons, Paul Clifton "Buddy" Crawford and Anthony Eugene "Tony" Crawford; a daughter, Sandra Crawford Rice; six brothers, Roy, J.B., Paul "Peanut", Carl, Homer and Billie; seven sisters, Ethel, Marjorie, Ruth, Inez, Ovaline, Opal and Flora; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, January 3, 2022 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
