Helen Sloan Whitlock, 81, wife of David Elmer Whitlock, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015 at her home.
Mrs. Whitlock was born in Oconee County and was a daughter of the late James Smith and Edith Moss Sloan. She was retired from Ohio Gear and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a sister, Betty Smith of Walhalla and a granddaughter, Stephanie Haynes.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother James Harold Sloan.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Easley.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM.
