Charles Dennis "Henry" Gillespie, 59, of Taylors, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 8, 2015 following a lengthy illness.
Born April 29, 1955 in Greenville County, he was a son of Marjorie Price Arrowood and the late Charles J. Gillespie. Mr. Gillespie retired from Xerox and was an avid Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast. He was a Mason, a member of the Wade Hampton Lodge and the Greenville Chapter of A.B.A.T.E. of South Carolina.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Robert Gillespie (Gina), Lucy Cascio (Nick), Janie Gillespie, Pam Pelt and Tony Gillespie (Pam); and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, March 14, 2015 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Inurnment will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
