Herman Ellis King, 75, husband of Doris Weldon King died Thursday, August 16, 2007 at his residence. A native of Westminster, he was a son of the late Robert Ellis and Obera Myers King. He retired from Bill's Café and was a member of Faith Fellowship Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife is a daughter, Cheryl Denise King, Pendleton; brother, Grady King, Clemson; sister, Melvie Riggins, Anderson and a special buddy, Bear.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 3pm at Faith Fellowship Church in Pendleton. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8pm at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home.
