Howard Clay Brock, 60, passed away Monday March 16, 2020 after an extended period of poor health. He was born March 20, 1959, in Oconee County a son of Henry and Beatrice Walters Brock.
A year or so after high school Howard joined the Army National Guard. He served his country for several years. Howard was the custodian at Seneca Baptist Church for more than 30 years. He liked old cars. He enjoyed looking at them and occasionally would buy a classic one. To Howard they were always worth a lot more then then he could ever get for them. Howard liked to try new restaurants, and he loved going to flea markets and yard sales with his brother, Alan. They really enjoyed their time together.
In addition to his parents Howard was predeceased by his brother, Alan Brock. He is survived by his sister, Carolyn Bearden and her husband, Junior; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 20 at the Oconee Memorial Park.
