Huey P. Womack

Huey Pierce Womack, Sr., 81, formerly of Skyland Drive, died Monday, August 10, 2009, at Oconee Medical Center.
Born in Vixen, LA, the son of the late Oscar L. and Ora Nugent Womack, Mr. Womack retired as co-owner of Jo Mar Amusements and was a US Navy veteran of World War II and also served with the Merchant Marines. He as a charter member of the Easley Moose Lodge and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are his wife of forty years, Juanita Womack of Easley; four sons, Butch Womack and wife, Kathy, and James Womack and wife, Karen, all of Easley, Tim Womack and partner, Don, of Greenville, and Rodney Coker and wife, Linda, of Jonesboro, LA; four daughters, Jean Cain and husband, Donnie, of Seneca, Pam Rivard and husband, Jim, and Dianna Turner and husband, Keven, all of Easley, and Kay Verboon and husband, Bob, of Clinton, AR; nineteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family is at the home of Dianna and Keven Turner, 102 Claremont Circle, Easley, SC 29642.
