Mrs. Inez O'Shields Dalton, 89, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 21, 2017.
Born June 23, 1927 in Transylvania County, NC, a daughter of the late James Milton and Leva Powell O'Shields of Easley, SC, she was predeceased by her husband; William Clyde Dalton, Sr.; sisters; Dolly O'Shields, Flora Cisson, Cora Humphries, Jean Adams, Dora Peters, Gertrude Simmons, and Evelyn Smith; and her brothers; Robert and Elzie O'Shields.
Mrs. Dalton is survived by her children; Brenda Bruner (Thad, Sr.) of Leesville, SC; Pamela Dalton Youngblood of Easley; Wm. C. Dalton, Jr (Tammy) of Dacusville; and Russell Milton Dalton (Leslie) of Pickens; her grandchildren; Denise Bruner (Brian Woods) of Fountain Inn; twin boys Bradley Bruner of Leesville, SC; Thad Bruner III of Columbia, SC; Lia Youngblood Ownbey (Brian) of Landrum, SC; Daniel Earle Youngblood, Jr (Kristin) of Anderson, SC; Andi Dalton of Pickens, and Madeline D. Smith of Ft. Bragg, NC; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her sisters; Gladys Jones (David {Deceased}) of Greenville, Ann Porter of Laurens; and her brothers; R.C. O'Shields (Brenda) of Pelzer, and Larry E. O'Shields of Easley.
Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 595 Old Liberty Road, Easley, SC 29640. The family will receive friends following the services at the Cemetery.
The family is at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
