Irene Estelle Duncan Bigham, 83, of 102 Sunset Drive, died Thursday, August 17, 2006 at her home.
Born in Easley, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Perry and Maggie Phillips Duncan. Mrs. Bigham was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Liberty and was a homemaker. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Surviving are two sons, Eddie Bigham and wife Shelia of Easley, Randall Bigham and wife Linda of Liberty; a daughter, Sandra Adams and husband Roger of Easley; two brothers, James B. Duncan of Pickens, A. Jordan Duncan of Easley; three sisters, Evelyn Cantrell of Easley, Bobbie Garrett of Fountain Inn, Patricia Jones of Anderson; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James Edward Bigham, Jr.; two brothers, B. Frank Duncan, Harold Duncan; and a sister, P. Ozell Owen.
Funeral services will be 3:30 PM Sunday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Reverend Dean Herman officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Sunday from 2:30 until 3:30 PM at the funeral home.
