Irene D. Cochrane

Irene Dorothy Owens Stirling Cochrane, 80, formerly of 100 Lennox Lane, died Saturday February 24, 2007 at Laurel Hill Living Center.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Arthur Edward and Florence Cook Owens. Mrs. Cochrane was a homemaker and a member of Saint Michael's Episcopal Church.
Surviving are her husband, Leonard Cochrane, of Greenville ; two sons, Arthur Edward Rogers, of Lindenhurst, N.Y. and Charles William Rogers, of Columbia, S.C. ; two daughters, Anita Irene Valentin, of Easley, S.C. and Jill Ann Kuhl, of Seldon, N.Y. ; three sisters, Doris Kurzius, of Lake Ronkonkoma, N.Y., Marjorie Sylik, of Norfolk, Virgina and Mildred Alisi, of Fort Myers, Florida ; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a husband, Jack Stirling, a brother and three sisters
Memorial Services will be held at Saint Michael's Epicopal Church at a later date.
The family is at the home of Anita Valentin, 103 Windamere Road, Easley.
